As we rush headlong into the XMas holiday, I figured I’d sidestep my usual nonsense for once and share a bit of music for a change. This song is from a full-length album that was mainly worked on and completed during the pandemic. I’ve been playing in bands roughly since I was around 10 or 11 years old. To be honest, I was in a band before I knew how to play a goddamn instrument. That’s how you roll when you just gotta rock.
My fellow musicians in MEGAWHAT are guys I’ve been playing with, off and on, for the past thirty plus years. So we go way back. There’s history embedded in the music we make. At this point, I couldn’t really speak much more to the music itself. This is just the kind of music that comes naturally to us.
We did a bit of online press when we first put this thing out this past summer. Good for a laugh, that’s for sure. Check it out here. The handful of reviews we got were pretty decent, too.
Not much else to say, really. It is what it is… and there’s more where this came from.
